Share of postage and packing:
Within Germany, Italy, France, Luxembourg, Begium and Austria the share of postage and packing is EUR 8,50.
For deliveries into European countries other than Germany and the above mentioned countries the share of postage and packing is EUR 15,00 per parcel. (Deliveries outside Europe on request).

Payment is only possible by credit card or in advance!
By the way: in case the parcel service does not meet you at home you get a free notification; at the same time you can arrange a new date with the parcel service to deliver the parcel once more.

Payment by credit card is only possible at our online-shop.
Please forward your card number and its expiry date with your order.
Your advantage: the amount will be charged in general at the end of the accounting period by the credit card company.

You have the right to exchange the goods within 21 days after receiving your delivery.
Precondition: the goods have to be originally packed or rather unused.

This is how it works: you announce us the exchange by phone, fax or email and the parcel will be picked up by our parcel service at your place a few days later. That does not cost you anything. Afterwards the value of the goods will be transferred to your bank account.

Attention: please understand that we can accept returns from outside Germany only with sufficient postage.

Reimbursement
If you make use of your 21-days right of return, we reserve to define an adequate reimbursement for reduction in value caused by the use of the goods as agreed. This is also the case even if you have handled the goods carefully. You can avoid reimbursement, if you do not make use of the goods within this time, refrain from doing anything what could reduce the value and send the goods back to us originally packed.

Guarantee and material defects

Valid are the legal guarantee requirements.    
First of all your claim for guarantee is limited to the repair of the goods by the supplier.
In case of failure of reparation you have the choice whether to withdraw from the contract of sale or to get a reduction of the purchase price
