Instructions for use:

Acquire a plastic tube (water pipe) and thread this through the outer mesh ring of the hay net.

Connect the end to a bushing. (sanitary hardware)

The net can then be laid out so as to fully cover the hay and then lifted up again, in order to refill the hay. The advantage of this method is that the horses cannot partially raise the net, and freely access the hay through an unwanted opening.

Safety notice:
All horse shoes damage the horse. Therefore the hay nets have only been developed and tested for bare hoof horses. We discourage the use of the nets by horses with unnatural hooves, i.e. shod horses. We also discourage their use by horses whose hooves have a diameter smaller than the mesh size.
